I have a 2014 Rushmore limited. Does anyone know if there are free map updates?

Updates here: harley-davidson.naviextras.com
Looks like the 2017 map update is $149.95
Ignorance is bliss, and accuracy expensive. How much of either can you afford?

bubtrauma

wow that sure is expensive. Do you know if that is just for one year?

UltraNutZ

not necessarily for a year but more for an update.  so if they go for 2 more years without updating, then in 2 years you'd pay again to update it.  This is pretty typical even with GPS units in vehicles.
Politicians are like diapers.
They need to be changed for the same reasons

There is a new map update every year.  If you are taking a long trip I would update the map but not for local.
They will add a Foreign transaction fee to the charge for the map update.

HD also updates the POI file of all dealers every year.  You can get that from the web site with the software updates.

Along these lines installed the new CVO Boom version last night and all went well.  Tired to also do the POI/Dealership file and it never got past "authenticating version".  I let it go for about 5 minutes.

I thought the dealer where you purchased the bike would update the whole infotainment system for free when any updates are available. my dealer has at least 2 times.
