TTS MASTERTUNE, wot,low vaccume and timeing

am in the middle of a build and have the TTS Mastertune tuning device..Have downloaded here at home and given it to the builder, tuner now. Need to know where i can look in manual,  to see how to set timing. This will  be at the low vaccume WOT say around 3000 RPM.The throttle body will be 55mm HPI and was a 110" that is now a 113". want to see or read where we set this and how to's. hope this make sense. am by no means a tuner and am going to try to figure it out as i go. at least to hook things up to see whwere things are and maybe where changes can be made.
