Anyone planning to go to Atlanta Dragway in Commerce this weekend? We go every year and have a great time. A friend of ours, Jr. Pippin usually cooks enough BBQ chicken to feed the racers and families.  Because of economics this year I don't know if he'll do it. I'll check with him tomorrow.

Sternotti ran 232.03 MPH in qualifying.  If he backs it up, it's a new MPH record.



Doug Horne, who has been in the last two finals of NHRA Pro Stock Bike, brought the Pro Fuel out ot play and ran a 6.48 in his first qualifying round.  This will be a new record if he can back it up within 1%.



And Lou Gerenecer is always good for a wheelie.
