Hey guys, Not sure if this should go here or in audio due to its nature. I just did a handlebar swap and radio flash for new tourpak/ rear speakers and amp now bike is throwing a B2208 engine stop switch shorted low? what the hell does that mean and what may have caused it? I installed amp (Biketronics and speakers). Really easy and plug and play. This is the 4th or 5th time that I have done this to A bike. This is my first M8 though.

Any ideas? thought perhaps a short in handlebar wire, but Everything works flawlessly. I just get a steady red light on the speedo.

With the bike running, try to kill the engine with the run/stop switch. If you can't kill the engine then there is your answer. Me personally, I always leave the run/stop switch in the run position and kill the engine with the ignition switch. Seen too many people kill engine with run/stop switch and walk away without turning off the ignition. Come back later to find a dead battery.

Yea that works. Everything works. I cleared the code with my fp3. Haven't seen it come back yet. Just really weird to have it pop up.
