       While in Sturgis, I understand that they unveil all the new Harley Davidsons at the convention center. I plan on stopping there. Could someone please let me know the address of the convention center so I can do a map search.

The Rushmore Plaza Civic Center is located at 444 N. Mt. Rushmore Road in Rapid City SD.

I believe you need to be a HOG member to enter.  At least, 6/7 yrs. ago you had to be.

I think you only have to be a HOG member on the first day.

        When is the first day. Do they open the center on Saturday aug 1st.

I think you only have to be a HOG member to get into the hospitality room, where you would recieve your complimentary HOG pin. 

starts on monday 8/03/09   it is great i have went the past 13 years  all the new Harleys will be there, also lots of displays of motors and accessories,,, many factory reps to answer questions....you can sit on the bikes to see how they fit/feel...air conditioned free and open to all public,,,also outside is a free bike wash with all the latest cleaners,ect,,,also free demo rides on certain models...easy in and out,, various years have been free enterainment outside ...

What druzac said.  The bike part is free to public, no HOG card required.   Its a good place to see it all. 

The new models and parts will be posted online on HDs website on July 27, around 10am ET.  Its always rolled out in conjunction with the dealer show, which is in Denver this year.  I'm trying to get a pass this year, but probably wont get in, just like past years it was held here in Denver. :-(
