Hi- i just purchased the dyno jet auto tune kit with bungs for my 03 Ultra. My question: is there another way of attaching the small wires to the module? The wires when the screw is tighten does not clamp down securely! With the shake of the engine, I cant imagine they would be able to stay in and the module sending signals to the pv. Any thoughts and solutions you have regarding this issue? Many thanks in  Thanks advance! - Chas

A picture might help, me anyway, I'm not familiar. Are the wires stripped back and bare installing into a "clamp" style terminal? If so, strip twice the length, fold over, and insert?

You have to make sure you insert the wire all the way and tighten. You will have no problem.

The wires are stripped back about 5/16" and tinned! They are hard to insert, when in the clamp down screw doesn't get tight enough to hold securly

There seems to be something in there that you need to push the wires through in order to get them deep enough to be in the clamp area.  My guess is you are not pushing the wire in far enough.

They are hard to get seated. Open the connectors and push them in all the way.

That. Make sure you are on the correct side of the clamp, inserted into it, not underneath it.

I read somewhere once, a guy used a paper clip to push through into the terminal first, maybe some kind of a seal in there. Then tinning the wire before inserting into the clamp.
