  Babygirl,
Part of the issue may be that if the ATV already has an oil injection system, by also adding pre-mixed fuel, the vehicle is simply being overloaded with oil.

More info would be helpful. Like why are you mixing the fuel/oil ? does the ATV have an injection system already.

Also, what is the make, model, and year ????

2 cycle oil should always be mixed in the gas can.
Put the oil in the empty can then add gas, this will mix it up, but for good measure you should shake the gas can before you refuel the 4 wheeler.
If it is oil injection, there will be an oil tank with a sight gauge so you can see the oil level, then you don't mix the oil with the gas. Just put straight gas in the gas tank and check the oil level in the oil tank.
By the way you described it, I'm thinking the oil and gas should be mixed together in the gas can.
Listen to the jingle the rumble and the roar.

sorry, i'm not shure I understood the problem thorughly. does this have an oil tank, and the bike will not run unless the oil is mixed with the gas? this could happen if the oil pump was bad, or the line was pinched/broken etc. again...more info needed
