Will a PCIII USB work on a new 2011 FLTRUSE? A friend is changing pipes and the dealer wants to sell him a HD Race Tuner.

Between the two, the "race tuner" is hands-down the better choice.  No way I'd disable the stock closed-loop system just to get some fueling changes and I don't like the way the PC (might need to go "V" instead of "III" on that bike?) has to be sending the spark signal from "this" revolution to the "next" one, at a minimum, at least if you make any timing changes.

Those power commanders do have a failure rate.

I put a thunder max auto tune on. easy to install and works great.

The 2011 bike will use the Dynojet PC-V which works very well and there are a wide range of maps available.
