max compression to be able run procharger ?

what is max compression a motor could be setup to run a procharger without causing big ass ache ?bike is 03 flht 120 cu inch thanks pete

from what I have gathered from procharger....185/190 ccp is the limit they recommend for 10 psi boost. if they are not confident in the tune/tuner at that ccp, they recommend 8 psi. so kinda adjust accordingly from there based on your ccp.

If you want the numbers turn the mechanical compression back and the boost up

Like everything else it depends on the whole combo.  With the 295 pully, you get with most kits, you dont really see 10 psi untill 5000rpm's.  Spin that thing with a 275 pully and full boost will come on sooner and be a little over 10 at higher rpms. 

Hopefully TR will chime in.  Also a call to Sergio at procharger will help.

Whats the lowest CR forged pistons we can buy?  Can we get 8.5:1?  I've has a couple FI vehicles and they WERE fun.
