Am looking at buying a wideglide with a 95 build and SE 510 cam's are these cams to big for this build was thinking 203,211,254.Has exhaust and air cleaner mods only will be 2 up sometimes not after top end speed just enough to get around our Kangaroo's when they jump out at you.Tks Charlie Down under.

SE 510 or S&S 510?

I have 95 inches and S&S 510 cams in an Ultra, and the bike does well. In a Dyna, that bike should cook pretty good.

What kind of pipes? Straight drag pipes will kill performance, if it's a 2 into 1 or some decent mufflers to help it breathe correctly, it should work well for dodging 'roos.

Never heard of SE510 cams.
SE203 cams have .510 lift (as do several other aftermarket cams).
SE203 cams work well in 95" motors.
How does the thing run?? If it runs good and your satisfied, then ride it and forget it.
Maybe ask the owner if he still has any paperwork or receipts from the engine work and then maybe you could be sure of what cam is in it.

.510 is a pretty small cam.nice cam,but not a big lift.very nice in mild builds

I have S&S 510 gear drive cams in a '06 RG, 95", and SE Touring mufflers with stock pipes with a T-Max auto tune. 77.83 Max power and 87.5 torque. 80 lbs torque at 2,100 rpms. Have gotten 49.5 mpg on highway riding.

you might want to look into some headwork,100/100+ is easiely attainable

Tk's for the reply boy's what if i just fit a set of SE-P heads out of the box do i need to mod any thing or will they just bolt on.Charlie

they`ll bolt on,but you`de be better off having your heads done
