se 254's installed

I got tired of seeing them on the shelf so I installed them today.  run out was good at a smidgeon under 0.003, tensioners looked new at 16000 miles and no wear visible on cam or lifters.  I was leary of reusing the lifters but it was not rattleing before so I took the chance and with in 30 seconds of starting it the lifters pumped up and it was quiet as the stock cams.  I reused the stock pushrods too.  Next time I will cut them out and use adjustables as it took longer then I remember messing with the tank and fing around with the rear cylinder rocker cover and rocker support plate.  my bike is a 2011 built in 06/10 and it still had the old style breathers that I replaced with the new style. the mbsmfg (heartland products) inner cam remover and installer worked great. it looks to be an exact copy of the se tools and it was like $105 for both with the htt discount. oh and I left a few drops of blood in the cam chest for luck lol.
this was the cam analyzer. should I set the ivo to 3 or 4?  It seemed to idle very nice with it on 4 and I did not have time to try 3 yeat.

I'd use 3, especially if that puts your warm idle kPa in the 30's.

2012 Ultra with 254e cam, .040 HG, se air cleaner, se fatshotz mufflers, stock header, TTS tuner DUH044 cal.

My cam tune graph was identical to yours.

Tried both IVO 3 and 4. Bike performed better in all respects using IVO 3.

took it out for a short ride with the duh044 cal w/ivo set to 3 and seems pretty good thru out, can't wait to vtune it. definetly better low end then i was expecting considering the 43* intake closing, i was worried it might be soft but it is better then stock cam was.

I put a few miles on today comparing the base duh044 cal to the SE street legal download for the 254's and the se steet legal down load definetly feels better seat of the pants.  need to find the time to get the duh044 vtuned. I wish there was a way to vtune off from the se cal.
