Heard from a guy that is in the que for the PN92500011 Stage IV 103" upgrade but the dealer is telling him the kits are on BO because the MoCo is "changing" the heads. Both Stage IV kits (PN92500011 and 92500010) include the SE CNC Factory Ported heads.  Anybody know what the "head change" means?  Is the MoCo changing the SE CNC factory ported head or replacing it with another??

My guess would be that they've realised the issue with the valve spring assembly. Top collar to stem seal is five thou LESS than the valve lift with the 259 cams that come with the kit.
I'm also surprised that H-D figure that the 259 requires in excess of 200 lb seat pressure.....

cable drive kits (92500010- not EPA legal, comes with SEPST) are available: The  FBW kits (92500011- EPA legal w/ download) are back ordered till July 15th due to "resourcing". Since the main difference in those kits are the throttle bodies, maybe those are being changed?
Ignorance is bliss, and accuracy expensive. How much of either can you afford?

Thanks guys,
Is "resourcing" code for "out sourcing"? I heard new supplier but don't know location; probably Mexico, China or India??  I was not aware of the valve spring issue or that the springs were  in excess of 200#; good to know
