2012 Deluxe,11,000 mi.Cast alum, spoke, tubeless wheel. I have been experiencing a wobble on rt hand curves for the last couple thousand mi. I just noticed the right side of my tire has twice the wear as the left. I have had some weird tire wear but not this b/4. Check pressure regularly with Accugage, check spokes regularly, lateral runout seems to be ok.I dont have a dial indicator but used a fixed object seems to be about .030".Stops fine, goes straight ok. If the rt bearing was leaking grease ,I couldnt see it because of the hub cap thingy.
   Any Ideas ??

Have you had the wheel off? If so did you use a 7/16" drill bit shank to space it while tightening down the axle cap? Just a thought.

You may have a vehicle alignment problem.
Listen to the jingle the rumble and the roar.

is the bike not under warranty still???  at 11,000, your gettin close to a tire change, i said close.   new tire and check your wheel bearings.  like you said, hard to see with the caps on but you gotta take the wheel off for a look. go for a ride and feel the hub for heat but i would not ride something thats exhibits what you describe untill i sorted it out.

No,Ive never had a wrench on the frt.The wheels were put on at the dealer.Optional,chrome,cast,tubeless,spoked. I changed the rear tire at about 7,500 mi.My frt wheel spins well.

Yes,it's still under warranty. If it were something I could diagnose and fix,I'd stay away from the dealer. It looks like that isn't happening though. My tire would still have lots of miles left,if not for this problem.I dont want to stick a new tire on a screwed-up wheel. If It gets fixed ,then a tire would be alright.

I would start by checking the alignment.
Head bearing / fall away, next.
Then I would check that the front wheel was spaced properly, that's part where the drill bit comes in.
It could come down to a bad tire after all that but it sounds otherwise.

I did do the fall away when I first noticed the wobble. It didn't have any effect that I could notice. As far as spacing ,I dont know how to tell if it's not right.the disc has to live inside the caliper so it couldn't be off much.Any thing is possible. They did put the wheel on at the dealer.I dont know if these wheels use the same spacers as the stock wheel.I am going out now and check the spacing. If it was moving around, that might cause wear on one side.

If it were me and its still under warrenty I'd bring it back to the dealer....could be something as simple as a bad tire which could be under warrenty....and we all know Dunlop has had their share of bad tires......

Not according to the service manual (2012 Softails)...  The drill bit is/was part of procedures for some models, but not all.

The last time I had a bike in for warranty work was 2005. I had a new 2006 Roadking with a leaky inner primary seal. They fixed it while I waited, all was good.A week or so later I was getting ready to ride the Great River Road and for some reason I decided to remove the inspection cover(remember those) and look at the chain. You could have played high C on it.There was zero play. It was like a solid steel bar.I wonder how that would have worked out on a nice long ride? I always try to do things myself because of episodes like this. The paying for warranty doesnt mean as much as my ass. In this case I am at a loss and will take it in.They aren't too busy now and that may help. I have a feeling they will just try to sell me a tire, then send me on my way. That would not fix my problem, just cover it up for a while. Maybe i'm wrong, and I hope so.

Im not crazy about dealer service either ....Not disagreeing with you about the previous dealer problems either but by the sound of your post the front tire is junk anyways and should be replaced by who ever  ....why not go to the dealer or a different dealer and at least find out if the tire is under warranty......and go from there
