Does anyone have any info. on the part # of the Black 103 air cleaner inserts like the ones on the 2015 Road Glides? Out of the "Velcro On" insert covers. On the Rushmore stock air cleaners. The limited comes with the silver and the RG has the black. Most of my searches bring me back to the Sreaming Eagle one offered. But I'm interested in the black with the silver 103 .  :beer:

61300063 is the one with hole, 61300064 is the smooth.

Well, I guess I don't understand then. You have the part # you need. Can't you order it from HD?
