Going to Florida next week Leesburg and it should be between 80's and 90. Since shorts are not the proper or recommended riding apparel have to wear pants. Just wondering what kind of underwear is best at keeping you dry and cool from the heat and humidity?   :smiled: Some kind of dri-fit compression boxers or what works best?

Most riders I've seen wear a thong and boots... Some with tops, some without... :hyst: :hyst:

If you're going to Key West, A$$less chaps   :embarrassed:

Nike makes some with coolmax and I think you can find Champion and maybe jockey.  If you can't find coolmax, get a blend of cotton and spandex/nylon/polyester.  The cotton will keep you cooler and the other will help keep it's shape so it doesn't bunch up like a wet shop rag.

Ditto Commando !!! I have found on long trips, regular skivvies (whitey/tightys or boxers) end up being thongs anyway (don't know how you gals wear those things, but they sure look nice (most of the time) with chaps!!!

Try Calvin Klein sport briefs, the ones that have perforated fabric.  They breathe real well, and are synthetic.  Stay way from anything cotton.  And, yes the Coolmax and DriFit fabrics will work, but its hard to find them in something that stretches much.  I dont like snug, but cant do baggy....I need support so I go with a real stretchy fit fabric.
Tried a lot of combos, and the Calvins work great for me--if feels like I am wearing nothing at all.

Okay, too much info, sorry.

Isn't there Harley Davidson underwear made just for that.  I think they even make them to match your motorcycle.  Don't forget the matching flip-flops.

Put a sheep skin pad on your seat and you will not have any worries.
