2004 FLHT Left Fork Leg

So the left leg seal was leaking and I changed the oil and seal.  It started to leak immediately
what did I miss?

Are you sure it's not grease leaking down from the neck bearings?
If the government gives you everything you want,
it can take everything you have.

I'd bet he can see it leaking at the seal. Did you put the seal in the correct way?

Yes Sir the seal is in correct the left leg is a cartridge correct?  After reading the manual it talks about putting oil in the cartridge I just poured it in the leg.  What does it take to pull one of those down

You need Harley’s Spring compressor tool  so you can disassemble the cartridge. Don’t try it without the tool.
You’ve got too much oil in the fork now, the reason for the leak.
Holding a grudge is like taking poison expecting the other person to die.
