Not what I was going to post tonight

I was planning on posting about my flat tire / HOG roadside / local dealer tonight. Unfortunately, that takes a back seat to the death of my mother this evening. She was nearly 98 and her health had headed downhill over the last several months. A more giving and understanding person I have never known and don't expect to any time soon.

Harleyguy, sorry to hear about your loss. Losing mom is hard. Lost mine 20 years ago next month. She was 51.

I am sure at 97, your mother led a full and wonderful life. Thats a lot of years of life, and I hope you both got a lot from it. Sounds like it, in your tribute to her. God bless her and your entire family, brother.

I know you will miss her and you have my condolences. My mom
has been gone since 1991, and not a day goes by that I don't
think about her. She really is alive in my heart.

Sorry for your loss. Losing your mother has got to be one of the toughest things in life. Mothers always hold a special place in our hearts. I lost mine to cancer back in 2002. May she rest in peace.
