Not using the Accel Enrichemnt

Just curious to see if anyone has had a tuned and zeroed out the accel Enrich and Decel enlean and left them that way because the bike ran better with them at 0. I have a situation on a bike with the Accel Enrichment a 0 get the bike to run much better all around. Is this normal for some of the tunes or is there something wrong?
