differance in power commander auto tuner for 2013 softail

other than a weld in bung for censor what is the differance in the two differant auto tuners from power commander?i know the can bus electrical system is differant but I thought it pluged into the autotuner but maybe there are differances .i have a at 100 tuner so I hate to by one to get 2 weld in bungs
