What injectors are available for a 2006?
It's going in a 124 with a 55/58 max flow 1.8 HPI.  I know, probably to small of TB for a 124 but it's what I have for now.
I currently have a set of 5.3 injectors but I can't find anything bigger. I was thinking about 6.2

FWIW i run a HPI 55mm on my 124" with 6.2's . Makes mid 140 hp and tq . I dont think your maxflo will be a bottleneck
2006 Super glide 107" , 2005 electra glide 124"

That's good to know, thanks.
A larger TB surely isn't in the budget

I haven't used that injector.  I have used the M42 and some other injectors from them.  No complaints or injector issues.

I wouldn't worry one bit about the size of your TB,  I am running a HPi 55mm with 6.2 inj.  No problem with power here either.

What year is yours? 06-07 seem to be a bastard years for injectors. Not many options for them. Heck, until this thread I thought there was only one.

Thinking I should get a pressure regulator from HPI also.  Unless you guys think that would be to much with a 6.2 injector.

I am running the HPi MM 55mm TB with Delphi HPi injector 6.2 ,  also using HPi regulator.

I don't think the reg is necessary, but can be taken out if it does give you problems.

Kind of hit it in the middle with that cam.  Was wondering if you were going all out HP.

No real goals set for hp/tq.  I'm just trying to use most of my parts from my 117 that I can.
I went into this just to freshen up a 50k mile 117 and found my rings were shot and cylinders in bad shape. I didn't feel good about boring and reusing the cylinders so if I'm gonna by new ones I might as well go bigger, sold my 4.375 flywheel to cover half the cost of the new 4.625 wheel.

In my 2007 I'm running an HPI 58mm with 6.2 injectors that I picked up from the Chevy dealer for half of what they cost from HD.  I'm also getting 132/138.  Your throttle body is fine.  I actually wish that I used a 55mm as the 58mm is a bit touchy.  Not sure if these injectors would work for you, but they were pretty inexpensive.

GM 12613412
Are you using a high pressure regulator with that injector?
in order to get  6.2gps that injector needs 400kpa (58 psi)

Harley sells that injector, part # 27400002   27400004

I'm using whatever regulator came stock in a 2007 CVO Softail.  I didn't change anything in the fuel tank.

The GM injectors 12613412 are 42 pounds per hour injectors/ 5.3 g/s

I thought harley injectors were also rated at 43.5 psi?  Or are they rated at 4 bar?

You found the same stuff I found joe.
Harley gives the spec at 400kpa which comes out to about 58psi.
