06 RG with PCV and auto tune. I called Power Commander to find out what cylinder they call #1. They said it was the rear. I like to run the rear a little richer than the front. I am not talking about a lot 13.6r to 13.7 front.
After a trip to the smoke out and going down the track. I pulled the plugs when I got home and the front is richer than the rear. Just the opposite of what I would have thought. So now I am wondering what is #1 cylinder.

I actually did the same thing when i had autotune
I had the cyl switched
My notes show Cyl 2 is the rear
But that was a while ago
Hope that helps
If you have them switched you will know as the bike will run bad after several auto tune sessions
For the record front cyl will run richer by nature on a big twin.

Thanks Jerry
I initially took the Autotune off of the bike before I e mailed you.

After going over the install , I realized I may have had the Rear cylinder on #1 of the autotune and not #2
Would that make a difference in the operation of the autotune?
Greg

Yes, it would be tuning the cylinder on the wrong AFR data.
