Bike build date on frame is 03-05.   Surprise  :emoGroan: That`s about 9 months into the 2005 model production year.

37s are tried and true on those 95 inchers. 57s wouldn't gain you anything unless you had the heads worked on.

Heads will get decked for compression , new seals and if the money is there a simple street port job . Bore stock cylinders to 3.875" and new pistons . What compression does the 37 like ? If needed manual releases will be installed .

I would consider putting in the releases from the get-go. You don't need to use them if not needed, or you can even plug the hole. A lot tougher to add later if you don't put them in and find out you need them.
If the government gives you everything you want,
it can take everything you have.

Depends on where you are.  You run into all kinds of problems trying to run the 37 cams at that compression where I live (northern VA, sea level, high heat/humidity in Jul/Aug).

9.6:1 at sea level is their "happy place" with no PMS - adjust upward from there based on your altitude...
