If you don't have a sense of humor you probably have no sense at all.

I've been using one of these, and its a better picture than a friends Snap-on unit. Cheap & a good bang for the buck.

 plus it's got an SD card & video link. Not bad if u wanna put the pics on a big screen TV to get a birds eye view.

Yep.. only thing I have against either one.. they don't do good in sunlight. I'm a field service mechanic, and sometimes it's tough to use in direct light. Gotta get out the big umbrella

My snap on guy was good enough to let me test drive their offering , gave it back , wasent impressed , found an ac delco arz1204 and to me it has a much better pic , i did end up getting the clip on mirror from snap on , not so sure any of them are going to be all that out in direct sunlight , my modis ultra is all but useless out in the sunlight

doctorevil

I have borrowed from the mercedes benz shop the spi and olympus bore scopes both are 4 to 5 thousand not all that impressed. What i have is the vividia va-400 ablescope plugged into a cheap laptop. works great in cylinders and intakes, easy to view valves. it is sold on amazon with demo pics $200. price must have gone up i paid $160

I myself have a AC/Delco it's lighted if needed, and you can turn the view of picture while looking at it,also has a zoom,,,,,,,,, 👍

I tried this unit. worked ok thru my cell screen for me. I should try it on my tablet to see on a larger screen. For 20 bucks it works for my needs.

the Vividia looks like a good one and not too expensive ($350-400)

I used to rep for Snap-on and theirs is pretty good but won't articulate, although is had a side camera in addition to the one on the end / tip and they offer very small tip (down to 5.5mm)

About a grand or a little more for Snap-on's best unit
