Quote from: otter10111So I pulled the trigger, went and picked it up. It seems like it will do the job. Looks like the only thing I might have to do is reinforce the left side extension. I have to park on it daily and there's a bit of flex in the side extension. Also add some non slip grip tape or maybe rhino line the ramp and side extensions for grip, I don't want to go siding off the dang thing.

I bought what appears to be the same table in '12; sold as the "The Complete Motorcycle Lift", AKA TCML.  Added the Condor wheel chock and mounted the foot pedal on the table. The hose attached foot pedal was always a PITA. Had to replace the pedal once; internals failed. I am thinking about replacing it with one of the pneumatic pedals I have seen on other tables. Ride/roll the bike on and step off.

I bought a lift table a year or so ago... a K&L. It seems like a solid, reliable unit...

I've heard a few references to tables being stuck in the up position with a bike on them.....

Just curious, since many here have used table lifts for years, how often does this happen? Is there a way to prevent it?

Lube all the moving parts, grease the zerks, and the Handy lift has an oil hole on the cylinder to add a couple ounces of oil to lube the seals.

No complaints here hotrodshovel, if it works for you then it works. Better than not having one, so I would say ur one up 👍. I just joined the club so I'm looking forward to doing work on the bike on the lift. Or having the guys over to work on there bikes.

One tip...

When you get it to near it's final location, air it up & raise it.... lots easier to jockey around than if it's 8" tall.

That is true.
My Handy lift has a handle/dolly to wheel it around.
Let us know how you like your new lift once you get it set up. (I'm thinking you'll wonder how you did without.)

Mine is a Tuxedo purchased here in Canada for $1,400 taxes in.... and ya we pay way too much tax.   It's pneumatic, and chugs a little going up with the Ultra on it, but works really well, no flex in the sides, no complaints with the chock, or its performance in any way.   When you look at these, I wonder if they aren't all the same manufacturer, and then they paint them different colors to sell as if they are from different locations.... kind of like Sony does with TVs and Stereos.
