Is there a wheel bearing kit that I could get that would allow me to fit a 9 spoke wagon wheel (p/n# 43345-00) onto a 3/4" axle? I want to take the front wheel from a 04 Ultra and make it work on a 97 FLHT. I'm kind of stuck and can't figure this out. Talked to a dealer today and they said this kit https://www.denniskirk.com/wheel-bearing-and-seal-kit-a251002.p122111.prd/122111.sku would work but I don't think it will.

I don't have a timkin catalog at home bu I'm positive that you can find a bearing that has the same width and O.D. But that's 3/4 I.d. If no one has an answer for you by Monday ill find it for you

Why not fit the wheel using some bearing reducers, 1" to 3/4" like below,

I remember reading somewhere that reducers weren't the ideal fix, are those safe enough to use? How does everything fit back together with the flange on those?

Your axle spacers will push against the reducer flange, pushing it into the Timken bearing, then the Timken bearings push against the bearing spacer to setup end play. No reason it won't work.

Cool, sounds good. Thanks for the help.

Spacer adjustment to retain overall distance would likely be needed.
