Ive had a  + 4  cam gear from other builds on the shelf, If i added it to my current  build just to bring the trq in a little sooner  how will it affect the tune???  i know it will increase my ccp which is 194  and may have to change some timing with data master.

You should have to tune both VE and timing.
Changing the cam timing moves the torque curve by changing the VE curve so the more torque you gain or loose in a particular area the more the VE change in that area..
