Need a Main Jet Size

Starting main jet size for a CV44 supporting an all bore 107" motor in a 2002 FLHT, TM600SM cams, Dorfman's "pro street"  heads, Fuel Moto x-pipe and 4" Jackpot mufflers, 10.4 static, DTT ignition with custom map.  Motor has been tuned to 120TQ/104HP with Yost emulsion tube and Yost needle.  I want to retune with stock CV44 parts but want to re-tune with all CV parts. I will replace the Yost tube and needle with the OEM tube and stock needle but not sure where to start with the main jet; I am thinking 220??
